What is coaching?

Coaching is an equal partnership between coach and client to help clients who want to take an active role in improving their life.  Coaching can help the client to understand and work with their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, so that they can act with integrity and alignment when evaluating and achieving their goals.  

People seek personal and professional coaching for a variety of reasons, but we all have one thing in common:  we want to change something and move forward.  My hope is that through coaching you will expand your awareness and resourcefulness so you may realize the changes you seek.

Can I book an Intake Session?

Yes! Just go to the Services tab and select the "Book It" button and complete the information. You will then be contacted to schedule the intake session.

What are your fees?

We try to make this simple.

- Intake Session is free. It is one hour   long to talk about coaching and         what to expect from the coaching sessions. We will discuss possible options for pricing as well.

- Coaching, Facilitation and Training all have different levels of practitioners available. Therefore, our fees are based on a number of factors. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation to determine fees. 

- A "Package" can be put together after we discuss your needs and goals. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.
